At Bright Roots ABA Therapy, our mission is to help children grow the skills they need to live more independent, confident, and connected lives. Child receiving in-home ABA therapy in Springfield and Western Massachusetts

Our Story

Bright Roots was created from a simple belief: when children are supported with compassion, clarity, and consistency, they grow strong from the inside out.

As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), our founder saw that families often wanted more than just therapy hours. They wanted to understand why behaviors were happening, how to respond confidently at home, and how to build meaningful routines that supported long-term growth. They were looking for ABA therapy that felt collaborative, practical, and rooted in everyday life — not just clinical sessions, but real support within the home and community.

Bright Roots was born to bring that vision to families seeking in-home ABA therapy in Springfield and throughout Western Massachusetts.

The name Bright Roots reflects our philosophy. Just as a tree depends on strong roots to thrive, children depend on foundational skills — communication, emotional regulation, independence, and connection. Through individualized, evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), we focus on steady, supported growth that carries into everyday life.

Our goal is not simply behavior change. Our goal is lasting progress that helps children and families flourish together.

Our Apporach

We combine evidence-based ABA strategies with a warm, supportive environment where children feel safe to learn. Our in-home ABA sessions in Springfield and surrounding Hampshire County communities focus on communication, functional skills, social development, and independence.

Sessions are designed to be engaging and practical — whether that’s practicing communication skills during snack time, learning to follow routines at home, or building social skills in the community.

Parent involvement is at the heart of everything we do. We coach caregivers to use simple strategies that fit into daily life so progress doesn’t stop when the session ends.
